We realise the importance of keeping data up to date: both for members themselves to ensure their data is relevant and for administrators so that matching is performed on a coherent group. To this end, were've re-worked our member portal which now offers a much improved user experience, adding in functionality to create and edit meetings, add meeting notes, update personal details, access the Knowledge base and more.
The previous iteration of the portal wasn't as useful as we liked: it didn't clearly allow for a member to manage their data. As you can see above, we've improved the interface, clearly showing the schemes they are enrolled within in the main panel with a side menu showing additional options: profile, schedule and partnerships.
In the panel on the right, you can see the upcoming scheduled meetings - this user has one scheduled meeting with their partner. Clicking on "View Details" expands the view, giving more information (location, notes etc.).
Another way of viewing the meetings is through the "Schedule" view, accessed from the left menu, or in the central panel. This could also be called the calendar view, quickly showing the schedule of meetings that involve the member.
Clicking on the meeting will bring up a popup, showing the meeting details and allowing the member to edit, delete or add notes to the meeting.
There's nothing worse than being in a meeting without the means of taking notes! SUMAC® solves this with our built-in note keeping functionality: members can add notes to meetings, and assign visibility to the notes. If they want to keep the notes private, no problem! Sharing with their partner and/or administrators is also possible via simple toggles.
For administrators, being able to view the frequency and length of meetings is a great way of understanding how the partnership is faring. SUMAC® provides a meetings tab for each partnership, allowing the admin to see the details for each meeting and any notes which the members have chosen to share.
We'll be augmenting this interface as time goes based on user feedback. If you have any ideas, or recommendations please let us know via the links at the top 👆 , or drop us an email.
Another packed update with new features, improvements, bug fixes and more.
Our small team is making big changes. We're hoping SUMAC® 2.0 can help you make big changes too!
